"Clean, cosy and idyllic, we loved our stay (2 adults, 1dog) and will book again. We made good use of the gas bbq, the fire pit, the wood burner and even fed the goats. Beautiful location - I have never seen so many stars in the sky! Wonderful!"

"We stayed in a chalet which was so clean and a great size for a family of 5. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Bunk beds squeaked a bit but that’s the only negative! Site was completely quiet after 10.30pm which was brilliant.
There is plenty of space for the kids to play and ride their bikes, there is a play park and some farm animals which they loved! There is also a woodland walk. 5 minute drive to castle Archdale and 35 minutes to Marble Arch caves and Cuilcagh Mountain...

We only found Cavanans by accident, but we’re so glad we did. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We particularly liked that they could be accessed from both the internal corridor and the courtyard, making it incredibly easy to pull the car right up outside the room to unload and load luggage.
The hotel has its own bar and restaurant, and both were excellent. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was amazing and very reasonably priced.
What really made our stay stand out...

This place is perfect in every way. Comfortable ,clean, friendly the lady who hosted us was called Lorraine what a lady she couldn’t do enough for us even offered to take us out for food and back I would highly recommend this place to any one 5 star plus and very reasonably priced. Thank u Lorraine if only every host was like u 👌👌👌

The Lawrence is so much more than a boutique hotel. It's an experience. We stayed in the annex which was amazing. The Lawrence is situated on a fairly steep incline but Derry is walkable

Absolutely everything during our stay at Ashbrook was perfect! From the warm welcome on arrival, to the spotless and beautiful huge room through to the freshly baked bread, pancakes and bacon for breakfast that had us full right through to our evening meal, I literally couldn't fault a thing. Highly recommended and we'll be booking again next time we're in the area.

Without doubt possibly the best B & B I have stayed at. Irish hospitality t its best. Breakfast was amazing and a good variety for those who don't fancy an Ulster Fry to start their day. Our hosts were very sociable and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely cakes to go with our in room refreshments were an absolute bonus.
Would happily stay here again.
