Bath tub and sink were stained. Couch had a huge hole. Sheets were rough, mattress was lumpy, towels were very small. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Water pressure was low. There’s a leak somewhere in the bathroom so floor was wet. Check-in staff was fine, check-out staff avoided eye contact and ignored me.
