Very nice hotel with high end finishes and amenities. The breakfast was not included but it had good options and great service. Very nice rooms. Our first night check in service was just okay. The man working that night didn’t seem to be interested at all, almost like we weren’t good enough to stay there kind of attitude. But the next day everyone was super nice and helpful

Although the location is a little strange, it was still quiet, close to the zoo, close to shopping centers, etc. clean room every day. Staff was always courteous and helpful. Parking was good. Very spacious and peaceful. I would come back again if visiting

The hotel was clean, the staff we encountered were very nice and we had no real issues. My only feedback would be to please do something different with the shower. Water pressure was terrible and showering in a clear glass half wall under a spotlight is not what I call a good time. The room can’t even get warm. It wasn’t great. That’s why I gave 4 stars. Also the crooked furniture was a weird design choice.

This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend! The staff were very helpful and accommodating when things were needed, such as extra towels or coffee/cups for the room. Housekeeping was great picking up the room while we were out and keeping toiletries stocked!

Beds were clean. Shower leaked and was causing the wallpaper to come off the wall so we told them so they would know; we didn’t expect or ask anything but front desk lady seemed almost bothered that we would tell her that. The lady that checked us in was nice and helpful but the morning one was not. There were 2 crickets that we saw in our room during the 2 night stay. I would look for other hotels and not go back to this one if I have to stay in the area again. It was clean and fine for two nights where I didn’t feel like we couldn’t sleep there but I would not return but we usually book with breakfast provided which was not included; you have to pay for it and the same with coffee which is fine but it is cheaper to go out to eat outside of the hotel. Smallest fridge they make; it was hard to store 1 to go box in it. The one really nice thing is that if you need that 5th space to sleep, they do have very cool roll out twin beds that are a lot more comfortable than the sleeper sofas.

Parking was well lit, nice area of town, pool is a salt water pool with ample towels and temperature was nice. The AC doesnt go below 68 and was warm for us, overnight, but we undersrand the hotel's need to control access. The room was laid out well, lots of lighting options, beds were comfortable with plebty of pillows.
