Ameristar Casino Hotel at Council Bluffs

The staff was fine. In our bathroom the floor was cracked the sink was cracked, we had to ask for a shower curtain. We had to ask them to replace our towels. The front door to get into the hotel didnt work very well and the lobby was full of construction materials.

Would have been better if the parking was free and we were notified of street closures due to road work and building reconstruction

Front desk young man gave us the wrong information about breakfast time and we missed our pre-paid (not complimentary) breakfast. He did not give clear directions about where to go for dinner. The restaurant said it closed at 10pm but when we arrived at 9:50pm they said they stopped serving at 9:45. The hotel itself is decorated in fancy art-deco style.
