The Space:

Pour something local, slide into the bubbling hot tub, and watch the stars come out over the Verde Valley! This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath hideaway sits just off Historic Old Town Cottonwood, so tasting rooms, cafés, and galleries are right around the corner, and Sedona’s red rocks are an easy day trip away.

The kitchen: Whip up breakfast on the high-end stainless steel appliances, then gather around the large island with a fresh cup from the Keurig. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, so a night cooking in is just as easy as a night out.

Outdoor fun: This is where the magic happens! Fire up the grill, start a friendly cornhole rivalry on the sun-soaked patio, then trade stories around the fire pit before one last soak in the hot tub.



With two private suites, this is a great fit for two couples, a group of friends, or a small family of up to 4 guests, and a high chair and Pack ‘n Play are ready for little ones.

Guest Access:

The whole home is yours to enjoy, inside and out, including the hot tub, fire pit, and patio! The only spot that stays locked is a small cleaners’ closet.



The Neighborhood:

You’re tucked right into the heart of Arizona wine country, with small-town charm on your doorstep and big adventures a short drive away.



Old Town: A quick stroll to Historic Old Town Cottonwood, where you can hop between tasting rooms, cozy cafés, galleries, and antique shops along the historic main drag.



Outdoors: About 5 minutes to Dead Horse Ranch State Park for hiking, fishing, and paddling along the Verde River, and roughly 5 to 10 minutes to the ancient pueblo ruins at Tuzigoot National Monument.



Wine country: About 20 minutes to the vineyards of Page Springs, plus plenty of local wine tours that offer pickup right in town.



Day trips: Around 20 minutes up the mountain to historic Jerome, about 30 minutes to Sedona’s iconic red rocks, roughly 50 minutes to Prescott, about an hour to Flagstaff, and around 1.5 to 2 hours to Phoenix.

An exterior security camera is installed at the front door of the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway, and street parking is also allowed.

The home is on the cozier side and sleeps 4 guests max.
