We had an incredible experience at Marala Hotel. The staff went above and beyond, especially Cruz and Scarlet, who made our stay unforgettable with their exceptional service. Hotel grounds and staff were impeccable. The only disappointment was no exotic animals. The hotel is nestled in the middle of a forest but no animal sightings.

Amazing views and the staff is A-1! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice, relaxing atmosphere with amazing views of the beach. The food was also delicious and service was great.
