"Just not pleased with the cleanliness"

"Don’t waste your money and stay there Horrible experience didn’t even end up staying. I was there for five minutes turned around and found a better hotel to stay in completely felt unsafe, even though it’s gated with prison fencing around it the room was terrible. The TV was falling off the wall. smelled weird and made me feel very uncomfortable like I was being watched or something."

"We arrived early and had to wait 11/2 hours before we could check-in. We were told our suite was currently being cleaned, but it did not appear to have 11/2 hours worth of cleaning.There was dust on the window sills. Our suite was located on a corner, so we had traffic noise coming from both sides."

"This property is a must visit. We have been there three times now and will return again. The property is beautiful and the onsite restaurant and spa are fantastic."

"Breakfast was ok, we thought room would be cleaned but no because when we checked in they did not ask so therefore no cleaning, hallway had stuff sitting in aisle, not picked up, coffe was not refilled. We did need t bother with hot tub as we were very disappointed with the services. We have stayed at this location many times but the service is getting worse with every visit, considering another location going forward. "
