"We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. We spoke with other guests who had a similar issue so perhaps the communication/instructions could be better. The unit was nicely furnished and had many provisions. The only downsides were that the air conditioning wasn’t available (heating only), so we had to leave the balcony open, especially at night, to get some fresh air. Breakfast options were also quite limited. It would also have been more considerate if late check-out was handled more flexibly. Availability wasn’t an issue when I asked, but there was still an extra charge for just a few additional hours, whereas some other hotels offer this complimentary when possible. "
