"Posh hotel, with comfy spacious room, classy modern decor, amazing views of the Picos de Europa and other mountains and nature from every corner of hotel and our room. Super clean and quiet everywhere. Delicious food at the restaurant. Great service overall. Enjoyed the special touches of a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival from the selection of wines from the hotels vineyard and the special sweet treats left in our room like cookies, chocolates and macaroons. "Reading some previous us reviews I am not sure what some people are expecting when they book an historic hotel?
This is a beautiful individual old building furnished in a delightful appropriate manner. Yes, it is a little dark but that's how it was 500 years ago.
We were welcomed by Eva and shown where to park. All the staff could not have been more helpful.
It has a lovely little bar and serves a lovely breakfast.
The situation is right in the centre of the old town, which is wonderful...
