Posh hotel, with comfy spacious room, classy modern decor, amazing views of the Picos de Europa and other mountains and nature from every corner of hotel and our room. Super clean and quiet everywhere. Delicious food at the restaurant. Great service overall. Enjoyed the special touches of a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival from the selection of wines from the hotels vineyard and the special sweet treats left in our room like cookies, chocolates and macaroons. Loved the turn down service even though we refused it. The hotel had a great spa with a circuit of baths,steam rooms and jacuzzis to enjoy if interested. And finally the place smells lovely everywhere! So much so that i bought the hotel fragrance bottle before i left. The people were so nice and helpful. The General Manager, Kiko Lamata, was extremely nice and helpful and made our stay so memorable. His staff arranged a driver and English speaker to show us the National Park Picos de Europa. What a wonderful day that was. My wife and I ate in the al a carte restaurant each night and it was delicious. The service was impeccable. Do yourself a favor and stay here. The price level is not at all hustified and at raining days it is lossing all what is tempting, the staff is very kind but not living up to global standards, the retsuarant is not inspiring but expensive. I suggest that only spanish speaking poeple visit this hotel.
