"Clean rooms, great view. On site parking very very expensive and the most expensive drinks at the pool side.41 Euros for x2 g&t which was not the best experience. On site restaurant lovely food but again very expensive. A similar but local restaurant down the roadside equally nice and at least you’re paying a local person. Good hotel, clean, nice staff and hotel with a view but your paying a high price "

Staff was incredible and very friendly providing answers to all our questions and request . Hotel offers a very convenient free courtesy shuttle service to the bellagio town center . "We loved so many things about hotel excelsior, the breakfast was good, the staff was outstanding, the stair rugs could have been vacuumed more often but overall the hotel was clean, the reason I gave the overall score as 3 is the bed . The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows were in need of being replaced as they were all pretty flat, no fluff at all. "

"We loved our stay here. The staff was so kind, and allowed us to check in early since we arrived 4 hours before usual check-in time. The hotel is very spacious and rooms were so quiet. Could not hear neighbors at all. Breakfast, while not included in room cost, had a good variety and it was nice to not have to go searching for a good cup of coffee and food around town first thing in the morning. The location was perfect for our trips to Bellagio and Como. We would definitely stay here again. "
