"It’s nothing like walking in a hotel and your room and it smells so darn good. Everyone spoke to us, very polite and helpful. Squeeky clean great location to everything. Uber rides were easily accessible. The location we were able to walk everywhere mostly for food, drinks, beach, grocery store. And it was safe to do so for my wife and I. Only thing that may be an issue for some is the constant soliciting right in front and the corners of the hotel, we had to say no thank you 1000 times."

"We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable and had amazing views. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the Old City and other attractions in Cartagena. The pool area and overall atmosphere of the hotel were excellent and made it easy to relax after spending time exploring the city. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Cartagena. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Cartagena."

"At Sofitel they go more than above and beyond. The service is incredible and they treat you like absolute royalty. The hotel is breathtaking from the moment you walk into the lobby. Everywhere you look is beautiful artwork. The scenery and environment are to die for. This place will forever stay in our hearts and memories. What an unforgettable experience. We will most definitely be coming back to Sofitel."

"Great location is you are wanting to explore Bocagrande . I will not recommend Bocagrande! We walked down to the beach and stop to buy a drink they provide us with a menu which beers were $8,000 COP and charge us outrageous price. Be careful you will get scam!"
