"The hotel was located in a great area. The staff was helpful and breakfast time was amazing. They have a buffet as well as menu where you can order what you want.
We tried many things off of the breakfast menu and enjoyed it all.
Lunch and dinner was a bit different. I personally did not have a good experience and the main issue seemed to be the same waiter now that I think about it. If you are having dinner in the evening by the pizza oven outdoors, beware, many many mosquitos.
The rooms are pretty tight/ compact. Room amenities were not refilled unless we said something. The a/c in the room wasn't the strongest for the heat in Cartagena. The pools are pretty but there is no breeze what so ever. The water gets pretty warm since they are not so deep.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I think it has many little things to work on."
