The Club Access is definitely worth it for the extra perks. However, the real highlight was the staff—incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special shout-out to Isabel, who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel so valued."

"Front desk staff and all staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome. Amenities were great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was the paid minibar in the room. My daughter mistakenly drank one of the water and they charge $5 us for the bottle. Otherwise the hotel is excellent and I will be back."
