This charming, detached, single-story cottage offers unobstructed views of the fields and the neighboring pond (with no access), a suite accessible to people with reduced mobility, and two additional bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen leading to a large, inviting living room, the terrace, the pétanque court, the sheltered patio, and the presence of sheep in the neighboring meadow promise a peaceful and enjoyable holiday with family or friends. The owners' house is nearby, but the spaces are well separated to guarantee your privacy.  
  
Nearby: Cossé-le-Vivien, the Robert Tatin Museum (6 km): a monumental and unique work, the result of 21 years of creation blending painting, ceramics, and sculpture. This "archisculpture" invites you on a true journey. La Selle-Craonnaise, La Rincerie leisure center (22 km): swimming, swin golf, canoeing, a wake park, and many other activities, ideal for the whole family, offering both thrills and relaxation by the water. Craon (17km): Enjoy the L’Odyssée aquatic center with its pools, water slides, and wellness area; attend horse races (flat, trotting, steeplechase); or visit the Château de Craon, nicknamed the "Little Versailles," with its magnificent listed gardens.  
  
Château-Gontier, the Refuge de l’Arche (28km): Discover the Refuge de l’Arche, a sanctuary that welcomes nearly 1,000 rescued animals in a peaceful and educational setting.

Continue along this rural road for a few hundred meters to the gîte.
