  • Bungalow 437 is located near Downtown Corvallis and very close walking distance to OSU. It is nestled in the Historical Rayburn Addition Neighborhood which has many historical homes that date back to the 1850s. Since its 1924 construction, Bungalow-437 has had some notable history as well--It has been a cherished home to Professors, Artists, Students, Lawyers, Business Owners, and a was once a Montessori Preschool. We hope you can feel and experience it’s warmth, charm, and character while you visit Corvallis!
