Located on the ground floor of the farmhouse, it features a fully equipped kitchen with a stone fireplace, a dining area, and a sofa; an elegant master bedroom with a traditional wrought-iron bed; a twin bedroom; and a charming bathroom with a shower.
Tobia Sopra also features a small terrace equipped for outdoor dining and a beautiful private garden.
Outside, guests have access to the large swimming pool, adorned with an elegant wrought-iron gazebo; the barbecue; a wood-fired oven; and a large room equipped for social gatherings and group activities. Surrounding the house is a 25-hectare private estate planted with wheat, sunflowers, and alfalfa.
