APP. MUGHETTO x4 Beautiful farmhouse surrounded by nature, with a pool just 3 km from Cortona

A lush English-style lawn, framed by centuries-old trees, leads to the 16th-century residence Il Casale, which features cosy apartments capable of accommodating everyone from couples to large families. The holiday apartments are nestled in the typical Tuscan countryside, just 3 km from Cortona, and offer a swimming pool, park, green spaces, and a golf driving range—ideal for small groups or families who want to stay near Cortona without sacrificing the comforts of self-catering accommodation.

The property features a large 16 x 8-meter swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, who can enjoy the unmistakable silhouette of Cortona rising high on the hill, with its bell towers and imposing walls of Etruscan origin. The town can be reached by car or on foot via the trails of the archaeological park, which begin just a few hundred metres from the farmhouse.
