"This was truly a breath of fresh air where a hotel actually lived up to the images and expectations from its online presence. Cleanliness for me is paramount when choosing where to stay and this hotel made me feel comfortable and reassured. The room was very clean! The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great. As per most hotels, their fitness room is not well equipped and could really be improved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Milan. Just to note, the walking distance to the nearest metro station is approximately a 15 minutes away if you don’t mind that. "

"I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff became like family for my time there and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Angelo, Anna and Elizabeth who always greeted me with such kindness and beautiful smiles. Always happy to have a chat and were genuinely interested in what I had done that day. I needed a late check out and it was mo trouble. Everything was so convenient and the food at the restaurant was incredible especially the risotto and the tiramisu! I will miss it a lot. "We slept so well from the first night, the staff were lovely and not intrusive. Our room was at the rear and close to the A4 motorway but was silent, the automated blackout blind and A/C ensured the room was comfortable too. Our waitress at breakfast Selma was attentive and welcoming, the cappuccinos were absolutely lovely. The room had a minibar - we used this fridge to keep our own drinks cool. There were no drink facilities in the room but we knew to expect.this. The breakfast was constantly good, although had no rotation we appreciated this. There were excellent alternative milk options and lactose / gluten free options. "
