Balia villa in Salento surrounded by greenery with exclusive pool

A small villa in the lower Salento region in Corsano, just a short walk from the sea.<br>This charming villa is located in an extremely quiet and scenic area, less than 1.5 km from the Adriatic Sea and just a stone’s throw from the town.<br>It features a spacious dining room with a kitchenette, a TV with digital terrestrial channels, and a sofa bed; two double bedrooms; two bathrooms (one indoor and one outdoor); and a large pool measuring 7.1 x 3.1 x 1.30 m, with a water depth of approximately 0.90 cn. The pool is exclusively available to guests and is not shared with other tenants, nor is the rest of the property. The pool is also cleaned by the owner at no additional cost. (The pool is available from April 27 to October 4, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.) P.S. The pool water is not heated.<br>A spacious, furnished veranda with a wooden canopy allows you to enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors in complete relaxation and tranquility, taking in the splendid view that nature offers from this location.<br>This villa is ideal for those who appreciate privacy and good taste. It also offers guests: a gate with a padlock, a lighted driveway with multiple parking spaces, a large garden, a barbecue, mosquito screens and shutters on all windows, a TV, and a washing machine.<br>The villa sleeps up to 6 people, with 4 beds in the two double bedrooms, while the 5th and 6th beds are on a double sofa bed located in the dining room.<br>The villa is rented without bath or bed linens. However, sheets and bath kits are available for rent at a price of 10€ per person for bed linens and 10€ per person for bath linens bagno.ci. There is a 100 euro fee for final cleaning, which must always be paid directly to the owner upon arrival.<br>On the day of arrival, check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m., while on the day of departure, the villa must be vacated by 09.30.il at the latest. The owner arrives around 9:00 a.m. to say hello and thank the guests who have stayed at my property for their cooperation.<br>For pets, there is a €100 surcharge per stay, payable upon arrival directly to the owner; pets are not allowed inside the villa or in the pool.<br>During high season (July through August), rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. The owner may refuse reservations that extend beyond Saturday.<br>The balance is due upon key hando chiavi.grazie.ps.. For this year, I would like to inform guests renting my property that the grass on the pool walkway has been removed and will be replaced with a wooden structure. To summarise: the pet fee is €100, and the final cleaning fee is €100. These are payable upon key handover.
