The listing was completely wrong. The description of the house said that it slept 13 people. It did not sleep 13 people. It only slept 10. So two people had to sleep on the living room couches and in one room three people had to sleep in the king-size bed. This created a bad situation the whole time because the people sleeping on the couches did not have a bathroom to go to. It was very disappointing and not something that was able to be remedied by the host. We have rented a lot from VRBO and never had any types of issues like this before. Super disappointing because we were so excited about going down to the coast for the weekend. Nothing was offered to help except an air mattress. Which would’ve just made everything more crammed and worse in the living room. No offer of reimbursement or discounts was given from the host.There were also not enough towels in any of the bathrooms. We will not be renting any VRBO listings that are run through Miss Kitty’s rentals again.
