Bluegrass Breeze & A Crazy Beach are located in the Mercer Village community on Oleander, which is 1 block west of Alister St. This community, newly built in 2021, is located in the heart of Old Town Port A, walkable to the best eateries, shopping, and nightlife the island has to offer. Enjoy access to a sparkling community pool. Plus, the beach is just a 5-minute drive away! As you arrive at your getaways, each home's front porch welcomes you to relax and feel the island sea breeze. Enter into a spacious living room with a large TV and comfy couch and seating. These open concept floor plans also feature spacious dining areas and fully equipped kitchens with an island. This area is perfect for entertaining, enjoying meals together, and planning your beach day ahead! The main floor of each home also has a half bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. Head upstairs to 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Both primary bedrooms boast a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedrooms also have a king bed. At Bluegrass Breeze, the third bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin-over-queen bunk bed, while A Crazy Beach's third bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds.
