The ocean view from the balcony in this unit is wonderful. The chairs on the balcony are actually high enough to see over the railing which I really appreciate being short. The inside of the property is not the same as the pictures in the listing- not sure if they staged the unit for pictures or just changed furniture. The furniture is not new and inside does not look recently updated- and appliances are old,. The kitchen is well equipped. I was not cooking on this trip so I was not too concerned with the kitchen. I would have liked to have smelled some sort of disinfectant to indicate the unit had been freshly mopped and wiped down when we got there. I would suggest taking your own pillow for sleeping. I’m just sharing things that I like to see when we rent a beach house or condo. All this sad, we really did enjoy our stay at the Seagull! And this unit was nice enough- ##### Karie B. Very clean, which is a concern during Covid. Property has the most amazing view. We enjoyed the pool and beach during our stay. We will definitely be back to stay again. ##### Layla R. However, we had to leave early for quarantine in our home towns. VRBO mentioned on their website that they were encouraging owners to reimburse or make some sort of arrangement to help the clients who could not make their reservation due to the virus. The owner of this property did not provide any assistance nor any discount when I asked to stay at their property again at a later date. Very disappointed and out several 100 dollars ##### Kenda W.
