    Welcome to "Good Times and Tan Lines", a spectacular townhome at Sunflower Beach Resort Residences offering breathtaking Gulf and bay views from every angle. With 5 expansive decks to take in the stunning scenery, this property is a paradise for those who appreciate captivating vistas.
    Step inside this luxurious retreat to discover chic finishes throughout, from the modern kitchen to the inviting living and dining spaces. On the ground floor, a comfortable guest suite awaits, complemented by a convenient laundry nook and a drop zone with a mini fridge for easy beach-snack preparation.
    Ascend to the upper levels to find two more dreamy bedrooms, each boasting a private bath and a personal deck to enjoy more of the mesmerizing views.

We love the location and resort setting at Sunflower Beach- however, both times we have stayed we have had major issues with the house maintenance. During this stay, the AC was not working at all for the majority of 2 days, Although the staff was responsive and the issue was fixed, we spent half of our trip in extremely uncomfortable conditions. We have been considering buying in this neighborhood, but we are having serious second thoughts after all of the issues we have dealt with while on vacation here. It is hard to relax when you are having to deal with property maintenance staff in and out of your unit for many hours through your stay. The resort setting with 2 pools, poolside service, accessibility to the beach and proximity to town are absolutely wonderful. I have recommended Sunflower Beach to friends but for the cost, I have been disappointed with the dependability of the units and the time it takes for those issues to be fully resolved. We may give it one more try and hope that we will reserve a home that is not experiencing maintenance issues during our stay. These are individually owned and property management is on site, which is helpful.
