RECENTLY REMODELED "The Surf Shack" 1st Floor, Overlooks Pond, Close to Beach

  • First floor condo, right next to a pond and just a 3 minute stroll to the beach. Condo is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and dining during your stay. A king size bed in the bedroom and a foldout couch in the living room comfortably sleeps 4. All linens are provided. There is a TV in both the bedroom and living room. Cable and wifi are provided. The balcony overlooks the pond. This condo is in the building closes to the clubhouse which has a pool, hot tub, gym and dry sauna.
