  • This is a 3 bed, 2 bath, upstairs unit with an ocean view. Sleeps 10 with 4 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. We just doubled the size of the deck. There is a full sized washer / dryer for your use . This condo features a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have large TVs with Netflix. There is Wifi

    The complex includes an outdoor pool, playground, basket ball court, and fish house. Boat / trailer parking is available. This condo is within blocks of locally acclaimed Port Aransas restaurants and has a walkway to the beach.

    Located steps away from the beach and in Port Aransas, you can relax on the beach, build sand castles, play in the waves, or enjoy nice restaurants and shops around town. Hang out on the balcony with an unobstructed ocean view. When your here, you're on island time, so sit back and enjoy life the easy way, no schedules !! This condo features a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. There are 4 queen sized beds and bunk beds. There is a full sized washer / dryer (no detergent supplied) in this unit and all rooms have large TVs with Netflix. Living room has a 65" TV.

    The complex includes an outdoor pool, playground, basket ball court, and fish house. Boat / trailer parking is available. This condo is within blocks of locally acclaimed Port Aransas restaurants.

    Parking:. There is one spot reserved in front of the unit. There are free spots around and additional parking in the boat parking lot. There are parking passes in the unit. Please leave them on the counter when you leave.

4. 1 assigned parking spot per unit. Others can be parked in unassigned spots or boat parking. Parking pass is in the unit. 5. No daily housekeeping.
We do not supply toiletries, any food products, or beach towels. We provide one roll of paper towels and approximately 3 rolls of toilet paper.
