Walking distance to community pool which the grandkids loved! It also was walking distance to beach. Very nice broad walk to beach. Golf carts can also be driven across the broad walk to the beach. Close access to Beach Road 2 and a boardwalk from subdivision to the beach. This property is well outside Port Aransas around 11 miles but we preferred the slower, quieter neighborhood and not having to deal with all the golf carts now running around Port A. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with kitchen stuff. Nice driveways that fit all 4 of our trucks. Would definitely book this house again. ##### Monique H.
