Roseate Spoonbill has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 10 guests. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 also offers a king bed. Bedroom 3 has three sets of twin bunk beds. Keeper Trout has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping 15 guests. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each feature a queen bed. Bedroom 5 has twin-over-full bunk bed, while Bedroom 6 has a full-over-full bunk bed.

Located within a private fishing village on Laguna Madre Bay in Flour Bluff, you’ll be in the perfect central location between Corpus Christi and North Padre Island. The Bluff’s Marina and boat dock is only 5 minutes down the road. Less than 10 minutes away are North Padre Island Beach and Mustang Island. A convenience store and Gully’s Bar are within walking distance. Head across the bay for Doc’s Seafood, Snoopy’s Pier and Restaurant, and Marker 37 Marina and boat dock. With an abundance of shopping and restaurants nearby, there’s so much to explore at Laguna Village!

- This property is located in a private fishing village on Laguna Madre Bay.
- 17 Private boat slips at the dock, boat ramp nearby.
- Please note that the boat dock on the property is only for "shallow style" boats. The water is shallow in the area, so caution is needed if using the boat dock.
- Please note the community pool is not heated.
- There are 5-6 boat slips available for shallow boats and it is for a first come, first served basis.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
