Bueno no tengo nada que decir.Malo mucho 1 El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones terrible.Un ruido que no deja dormir y cuando se apaga un calor enorme. 2-Un solo elevador funcionando. 3- El desayuno muy poco variable y la fila para esperar es enorme.Se demoran en rellenar los dispensadores y todo roto.Y no vas a tener lugar para sentarte a desayunar. 4-Las máquinas de hielo ninguna funciona , los dispensadores de agua no funcionan. 5-Las habitaciones son de un tamaño razonable pero al menos en mi habitación la puerta del Baño no cerraba. Conclusiones antes de reservar mira por el área otra opción.Hay muchos más hoteles por el área.

The rooms were dirty under the beds. Showered were nasty. I wore sandals to shower. Water pressure was poor. The coffee machine had old grounds that created mold and was never cleaned. One of the elevators didn’t work. Breakfast area was small and minimal seating

The place is very nice and clean. When we first arrived, the AC in our room wasn’t working, but the staff quickly moved us to a different room, which was very nice and comfortable. The location is also great—close to the main street and within walking distance of lots of places to eat. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

This place was comfortable and pretty quiet, nothing too fancy and no complaints, pool was nice did have sand in it but it’s not expected when the beach is right there. Has food places all around it. Beach is 15 min drive . Family of 5 enjoyed

The staff were helpful when needed. The room smelled wet and moldy. The lighting in the room was dim. The accessible shower had a drainage issue causing water to spill towards the sink. Breakfast was included however, I saw roaches in the dining seating area. Only one elevator was operating and it did not feel safe. The lobby was updated but the rooms need updating.

Honestly and sadly after staying at this hotel over the last few years for beach trips it’s gone downhill tremendously. Not at all worth what we paid. Very dirty, not clean and no upkeep at all. Cracks in walls, nasty showers w rust, terrible doors that don’t close and then don’t barely open. Stained bedding and towels. Poor was ice cold for being indoors. The locations seem to have done down hill and be sketchy now. However the water cooler was a nice addition if only the ice machine which has been out of order last 2 stays had been working! Sorry not looking to stay here again for what guest pay work on the upkeep! Good luck!

We had a different hotel booked but had to leave due to the hotel being a disaster. Booked Hyatt hotel in 10 mins after not having where to stay. Glad we found this hotel. Check in was quick and smooth, the gentleman at check in gave us great recommendations for food and what to do. Only complaint was our hotel room had dust on the floor and we couldn’t walk barefoot. But everything else was great.

Overall okay. Shower didn’t drain in the first room we were in so we were moved to another. That bath tub drained well but the door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut - at max closure was still like 1.5 ft open. Free breakfast was good. Staff overall friendly. Gym was closed, ice machine also out of service.

I booked with this hotel because of the reviews. The breakfast was good and plenty. I was there for the weekend July 25 & 26. One elevator was broken and the only one that was working would stop running for short periods of time. The ice machine was out of order and the room had a distinctive smell if the ac unit put at 74 and would go away if dropped to 70.

Dark elevator, dirty pool, pool jets not circulating, no pool towels, (had to go ask), ceiling falling apart in pool area- looked like mold. Ice machines didn’t work. One microwave only on 1 floor- 3rd . Coffee set up in room- sugar and cream hard as a rock. Room across us had roaches and the people had to be moved. Gentleman up front was great, always apologetic but a lady who maybe had her daughter there at the bar were having issues, and she didn’t help us when we came in - visiting with someone. Blonde young lady super nice and helpful! I’m sorry to say I will not stay here again- really disappointed as it was my birthday celebration. Oh never got a room receipt!!
