Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Emily needs a raise. She kept us very informed on the weather always. Always had a smile and warm greetings.

Great location. I love being able to walk to the beach and walk the boardwalk. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our water heater was broken and we had to move rooms after staying one night. It was a huge ordeal to move 4 adults and 2 kids. The staff was courteous and professional about it but I believe we should be credited one night stay for the inconvenience. We were not offered anything at the time because there was no “manager” on site. I know things happen but there should be a policy in place when this happens. The convenience and easy access to the beach is fantastic.
