  • Private guesthouse with private entrance. Unwind in this waterfront studio minutes away from the island. Fully renovated with a new restroom and tile floor.

    Centrally located 15 minutes to downtown and under 10 minutes to North Padre Island. Sorry NO backyard access. Note: There are some low ceiling spots including a center beam and restroom with a clearance of 6'3". Not recommended for tall people.
