The highlight of the home is the spacious screened-in porch — your private outdoor living room perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, family dinners, and late-night conversations after a day at the beach or pool!

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

•No street parking or red zones
•No boats, trailers, RVs, or buses allowed
•Towing strictly enforced
