Good location for everything you need to do in Padre. Everything is in close proximity. The right size for three people but not many more.

Great for fishing!

Our family loved this place. David was quick and easy to communicate with, even returned an Amazon package for us that came after we left! We chose this place for the fishing and spent every morning and evening out on the dock fishing. The green light and all the little minnows were especially exciting for our son!

Great Stay

A quick walk to the beach at a greats price. David was in good communication with us. Easy access to get into the condo. It was also close to restaurants and grocery store. It was professionally cleaned but the condo has a little bit of a strange odor. There is a big mosquito issue every time we went outside to let our dog out. Not the owner’s fault but people staying here need to bring bug spray if staying in the summer time. Also bring extra blankets if more than 2 people are staying for the pull out couches in the living room. Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything we needed. Coffee and a keurig/coffee pot was provided. There were plenty of towels. Pool was nice and there are 2 spickets outside for rinsing off. We had 2 kids and 2 adults and the place was just good enough for our sizes with 1 bathroom. It was fine for just sleeping and watching movies at the end of the day. We had a great time!

Great little condo just a short walk from the water! I loved getting to take my dog to the beach and appreciate that this spot is pet friendly! Easy check in, easy parking, great area overall!

Fantastic place to stay!!We had some issues with the heat because it was unseasonably cold, the property manager was on it and got us fixed up ASAP!! Couldn’t be happier with our visit, definitely coming back!!!!

The location and views were great, house came as listed. The fishing and pool killed the down time for the kids. The only complaint we had was the bed, hard as a rock and we are used to a firm bed. My advise to the owner... provide more towels and wash rags. 2 adults and 2 kids went through them quickly and there wasnt enough wash rags for everyone.

The owners were very responsive and informative. The property was super cute and clean and had everything we needed for cooking dinner and breakfast. One of the beaches was a super close walk, just across the road. It was our teenage kids first time ever seeing the ocean in person so the 3 dolphins that showed up in a channel right out the back door, was the icing on the cake!! We will definitely be back!

Extremely comfortable room has everything you need to have a great beach vacation. Only a half of a mile from white cap beach. There is a wonderful bar next-door with great drinks and food selection. Super friendly local living on properties. Our dogs loved being involved and coming with us. We did not catch any fish off the dock, so we still had fun trying. Would stay again!
