Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The place is beautifully renovated and the location is amazing. Very quiet property and we really enjoyed the pier and pool. Will be staying here again the next time we are in Rockport!

Rockport visit

The property we rented through VRBO was facing the bay which was lovely. The condo was very comfortable and in a great location for just chilling out. Amenities were great, decorating was wonderful—we will definitely go back!

Awesome location and nice place!

The pool was really nice, the room was also nice and cozy, the view was amazing, and it was minutes from the Rockport Beach and shops. I would not change a thing and we had an awesome time!

Beautiful water view condo that is updated, well maintained and very clean. Bed and living room furniture were comfortable and kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials.Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect place to stay!!

Beginning with our first steps through the door, my friend and I were in awe! The view of the water was stunning! It was very clean, well stocked and so cozy. There is a beautiful pier to walk out on and it's close to town for shopping, restaurants, etc. I honestly can't say enough and can't wait to return!

This unit was very well supplied and clean. We had a great time and very relaxing week. Highly recommend this property except for the 3AM Firedrill, we look forward to another Vacay after the Fire Alarm problem gets resolved.

We’ll be back!!

Beautiful 1 bedroom condo facing the bay, just what we were looking for! Easy in, easy out, relaxing pool and a short walk to downtown Rockport. We loved sitting on the patio, met many friendly people while we were there, really enjoyed Pik-Nik, Whiskey Palm, and the easy-going atmosphere of the condo and of Rockport. We’ll be back soon!

Little piece of paradise!

We came to rockport to fish and unfortunately didn’t get much of fishing because of the harsh winter storm that happened. Regardless, the condo was extremely relaxing and had an incredible view. The neighbors were all extremely nice and the bed was so comfortable! We cooked all our meals in the room and the equipment was great. Also, the cable selection was awesome! We stay a lot of places around the country and I have to say, this place was so clean! Highly recommend

Almost great!?

We spent 5 weeks here in Dec '23 If there had been more attention to detail in the condo I wud prob say it was perfect--however--I had read a review over a year old talking about towel rod in bath coming out of the wall-well- first day-towel rack fell out of wall--we tried to hang a towel over shower rod and the rod came down and broke..... That day a repair person came and removed one end of the towel bar connection and patched the wall--he later came withr a rack that hung over the door--he also brought a new shower rod. we asked him to replace batteries in a clock in the living area--he did and the clock ran for about 8 days--we informed the manager about the clock and nothing was done, we replaced the batteries 2 more times The light under microwave/over stove was out-rather than have repair people in and out-again, we replaced that. The recliner was wonderful in the liv room, however the handle on the side came off in my hand---we managed to get it back on and kinda workable---the unit advertised a large TV in the bedroom--but it only had the Spectrum remote-no tv remote -so not useable--we called the manager who said she wud work on it and she never called back!! meanwhile the handtowel rack above the toilet fell out of wall into the toilet!! (we cleaned it and got it screwed back---the toilet had a flushing issue-we were there 35 nites, and had a wonderful vaca, with the amount of money we paid I wud expect much better communication and attention to detail....
