Introducing Casita Azul RP8. This coastal cutie is a place your family will return to year after year! Features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Enormous eat-in kitchen with mounted television. The perfect place for cooking and gathering. In the living room you will find comfy furnishings including a sofa sleeper, a mounted Roku TV, and Wifi. There is a fenced back yard with ample outdoor furniture to hang out and cook on the charcoal grill. The first bedroom and bath are downstairs offering a Queen size bed. Three guest bedrooms upstairs, one with a Queen size bed and en-suite bath, another with a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed. HOA PARKING RULES: Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the designated parking areas beside each cottage. Each vehicle MUST display the parking permit. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Please plan accordingly. Absolutely NO campers or RV's are allowed to park anywhere within the subdivision. We had a dually truck, Expedition, and Tahoe so that made for a tight fit for vehicle parking but it worked. The upstairs shower was completely unusable due to a significant leak that resulted in visible water damage on the ceiling below. It was clear this was not a new problem, which was disappointing given the premium rate we paid for a fully functional home.We reported the issue promptly and initially received acknowledgment, but unfortunately, we never heard back again from the management company, despite a polite follow-up and a reasonable request for a partial refund due to the reduced functionality of the home. The lack of communication and resolution was frustrating, especially considering the importance of transparent and responsive hosting on this platform.We still enjoyed our trip and appreciated the home overall, but we expected more accountability and responsiveness from the management company. If all amenities had been in working order and the issue had been handled appropriately, our stay would have been much more positive. Future guests should be aware of this issue and may want to confirm that it has been fully resolved. ##### Rachel B. Master bedroom bed had tons of pet hair on side and under bed. drawers were broken, kitchen cabinets stained. Only 2 towels were provided for a weekend stay. Not worth the money spent. ##### Alex M.
