This small gated community is located off 11th Street, within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, and beaches, you are at the epicenter of all things to do in Port Aransas. On the ground floor is a full size washer and dryer, a conveniently located full size bathroom, two roomy bedrooms, and additional bunk sleeping in the hallway. Upstairs is an open & spacious living space, dining area, kitchen, master en-suite and additional half bath off the kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 10\. Golf Cart Accessible. Around The Crab Pad Sandhill Townhomes is located in a small gated community on a private lane just off S.11th Street. There are two assigned parking spaces out front with additional parking across the lane. There is a second floor 9ft x 24ft balcony, outfitted with composite chairs and tables to take in the local sights and sounds. There is a community hot tub and a pool that is heated during the winter months. Living Area From the entry, a wooden staircases with wrought iron spindled handrails lead you up to an open & inviting living space that is sure to make you feel at home. This perfectly decorated beach home is outfitted with a sectional sofa, two reclining chairs, and 75” streaming TV with sound bar. Kitchen & Dining All of your culinary needs will be met in this gorgeous beach kitchen that has been expertly outfitted with a full suite of white appliances against white cabinets. Glass subway tile back splash and granite counter tops through out the kitchen & breakfast bar are alluring qualities of this kitchen space. Other kitchen amenities can be found in the pantry. Comfortably seat your family and friends at a dining table for six and two stools at the breakfast bar. If you'd prefer, there is additional seating for four on the balcony. Master En-suite The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, ceiling fan, dresser, and full size closet. An en-suite bathroom includes dual sink vanities, shower, lavatory, and deep soaking jetted Jacuzzi tub. At night, enjoy your favorite shows from a 55” streaming TV. The Crab Pad did not disappoint. Very nice home that was comfortable for our family of six. The upstairs area to watch TV and visit was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked and having the half bath was nice. We also liked the location since you could drive up and down 11th street and anywhere in downtown Port A on a golf cart. Certainly a property we would stay at again. We did not have any issues, but the property management company was extremely helpful and communicated well through email and texting. It’s really well appointed and was immaculate. Lots of space and quality kitchen items for cooking. We also appreciated there being more than just 1 or 2 dishwasher tabs and at least 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom as well. The kids loved the bunk cubbies with TVs for the little down time we had. Shared pool was nice with a couple shaded tables. Our challenges: soft mattresses (totally a preference/comfort), noisy balcony neighbors at 0700 (nothing hosts have control over!), and a random step down into the laundry room when the rest of the floor was level. We hung items to dry in the laundry room so kept the door open but blocked it with the ironing board to keep people from forgetting about the step down. Clean, well kept, as described. Working tvs. Clean bedding and towels. Good kitchen and laundry. Perfect for our family of six. If you stay rent a golf cart. Makes it a blast and easy to get around. Property manager very responsive. We did buy window alarms ($20 from Walmart) for the kids rooms for added security but that’s just for our own piece of mind. ##### Christopher S. It was very clean and updated. Lots of room and the kitchen had everything you needed. Location was walking distance to the beach. Shops and restaurants were very close. We were close to everything we needed. Shopping, restaurants, ferry, and the beach was just a short walk or drive away. Everything was great!
