Welcome to the B Avenue Bungalows!

Come kick back and enjoy the island vibes in these newly renovated condos right in Coronado Village and also just a short 5 to 10-minute walk to Coronado Beach.

After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local restaurants, or taking a boat ride around San Diego bay, come back and chill out by the BBQ, or inside enjoying the smart TVs.

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.
No smoking • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 7 AM. Out of respect for our neighbors with busy lives and families, we do strictly enforce this rule. Additionally, we do ask that even during times outside of quiet hours, you do not make excessive amounts of noise. Thank you.

We had 7 families (3 generations) and rented the entire property. It was more than we could have ever asked for! From wagons filled with beach goodies, to extra bedding, fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and snacks for a crowd, fire pits and bbq area. Over-the-top perfect! Great location to everything - even the free shuttle. The Del offered rentals and a group smores bon-fire on the beach.
