Liked the breakfast buffet options, room condition and decor, bell staff, cattleya spa. The view was great if you ignored the 50 metre stretch of reclaimed land between the hotel and water. The pool looks good but is always crowded with little area to relax in shade. Did not like the Wi-Fi signal. Maxed out at 4mbps download. I had a lot of GoPro footage to upload and had to wait until we were back in Manila. Very disappointing for a new hotel in this price range. Also did not like the lack of espresso coffee for breakfast. They could be purchased for php210 when the machine was working. Otherwise, revolting brewed coffee. Once again, if you want to market your hotel as premium you need to fix this. Overall it was ok but we would stay somewhere else if we returned. We like real coffee and FaceTime

The hotel is really nice and has great amenities. I think it is one of the best you can get in Coron. The only caveat would be the food offering. While the breakfast is good, the rest of the menu is not as good and might be a little bit pricey versus its quality. Overall, would recommend this place and would come back.

We loved the Zuri Resort Hotel very much. The hotel are very cleaned, the service staff are very nice. Their breakfast buffet are delicious, their are so much variety of food to choose and all are delicious. I like their swimming pool and entertainment. It’s wonderful experienced.

The hotel restaurant was mediocre. We ordered spicy spare ribs and there was no meat; it was all bones. There are better options in the town. Breakfast was just okay. The bar at poolside was great, l rooms were nice.

Zuri is perfect getaway. Rooms were clean, beds comfy. Great view from the lobby and our room. Staff is excellent. They made sure my disabled father was well taken care of. Would highly recommend this hotel and I hope to return again. BTW, if you book a tour, ask for Johnel as your tour guide. Best guy ever! Not to mention he takes great photos.

This was a great property thats just outside the main town. If you need to get into town, there are tricycles lined up waiting just outside the hotel. I really enjoyed staying here. The Welcome bag of local treats was fantastic. It had some of my favorites that I wanted to eat while I was in the country. The service was great and I liked my premium room. My only complaint is that on my last day, the main pool was green. I didnt get in that night.

Surely one of the nicest, perhaps the best place to stay for your activities in the island. Cant say flawless but given the other places i have seen around the town, it could definetly be the most suitable option for a pleasant stay. Easy to get to town for dining options. Smooth aiport transfers, ok breakfast, spacious rooms, friendly and attending staff!

The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the room where we stayed is two thumbs-up. The staff are all responsive and courteous. Delicious and variety of foods are served at the buffet breakfast. However, the food at the cafe, near the swimming pool, is quite expensive. Also, the water scooper which we requested from the housekeeping department Is not clean. On the whole, the place is highly recommended.

The resort was very pretty with a great pool and easily accesible via tricycle or even walking to town proper. The room had a great water and pool view with a balcony Unfortunately besides that the most important thing to my husband and myself is the quality of the food and the service, this resort fell very short of both! The staff never tried to really help us with any questions we had, especially at the front desk, we felt that we were bothering them to even ask a simple question. at the pool bar we had to basically flag them down to even get an order in, when we would be standing right there! The food at the restaurant was so bad, no taste or good quality to anything. We had dinner and the daily breakfast buffet, and we only went to breakfast because it was free. For lunch or dinner we ended up going into town to eat, which was much cheaper also. I was not even able to get a glass of wine at the resort, they said because not too many customers ordered and the bottle would go bad? not the greatest good experience

very nice place to stay to in Coron. the big room with 2 queen and loft with 2 single beds is perfect for famliies. the pool is very nice and the free breakfast was delicious.

We started off badly when the hotel did not pick us up at the ferry as requested, and then they couldn't find the booking for our second room (despite the fact that both rooms were booked together on the same booking reference). They also could not accommodate our request (made months ago) for a king room - instead we had to change rooms the next day. However, the property itself was nice and the breakfast was good. The pool area and the games room were great, the spa was nice. The rooms were quite big and nicely decorated. However, considering the property is only two years old, it is already showing some wear. But in Coron Town it is one of the best options - there is not much high quality accommodation available. The television reception was very poor, with fuzzy screen, so unwatchable.

Great everything! Free breakfast was great and lots of tasty choices. Resort is 9 months young so everything is brand new. Close to everything. Our waiter at the restaurant was Omar who rolled out the red carpet service for us. We will be back real soon....

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and clean. But the AC makes a lot of noise! The food was good also! The view is amazing but the beach is not the best. The staff is very nice and very helpful. More of a family hotel. The massage was ok even if the middle of my back hurt the next day ( they said it was because of the AC) They have a gaming room which is great and you have to wait between the checkout and the airport shuttle!

The hotel amenities are of great quality and the stay overall was enjoyable. Sitting poolside to enjoy the sun rise or sun set is just a super relaxing experience. The drivers outside the hotel charge 30peso per person into town. Make sure to have the exact amount. Its very easy and quick to walk to town as well. The hotel and room views are amazing and it really does put you in a relaxed mood. The rooms are huge and comfortable. The lighting setup in each room doesn't allow for complete darkness. The rooms have a window wall box air conditioner which are very powerful, and do a great job, but with only two cooling settings to choose from (loud or louder), its not practical to use overnight unless you enjoy some background white noise. The number of times I was asked for my room number during my stay, was a bit over the top. Its probably a staff policy but as a guest it just makes you feel untrusted to the point it gets a bit frustrating. The hotel should do better in making clean water more accessible throughout the hotel to guests. Two bottles per day isn't enough. We resorted to refilling our bottles at the gym. The hotel breakfast wasn't great. A lot of food tasted like it was cooked the night before. Could definitely be improved. The spa provides a great massage, and the games room is well appointed. The pool was great, but the chlorine levels a bit too high and hurts your eyes.

Lovely big rooms with a very comfortable bed. Loved the pool area, was great to relax around. Only suggestion for maybe some more umbrellas. The spa was amazing, one of the best massages I have had and a really reasonsable price. Nice and quiet in the area but a short tuk tuk ride to the town. Staff freindly and helpful. Breakfast could have been hotter for some of the items and perhaps some more coffee choices. Lunch could have had some healthier options. A lovely stay none the less. Thank you

The hotel is pretty outdated. I requested king bed upon booking and was assigned two beds, asked for the king they said they were sold out. There’s no attendant at the pool and no beach towel, had to walk around to find someone else to get towels. The pool are not facing sunset but an empty construction land which is disappointing. It’s not really walkable to the town because of the high traffic street. Will need to take tuk tuk everywhere you go. Airport transfer was not included, they charged 300 peso per person each trip that you have no other options.

I booked 2 rooms at Zuri resort for a 3-night stay, but chose another hotel for the same period and thought I had cancelled this. However, the booking was still active, & we basically fully paid and not used the 3 nights. On the day we were supposed to leave Coron for El Nido, there was a typhoon in the area halting ferry services indefinitely. So we had to extend Coron stay. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at Zuri, called and spoke to Zenna who was so kind to let me use the credit of the unused 3-night superior room for 2 nights in the luxury rooms. The stress of running around trying to get up to date information on ferry services (which was like drawing blood out of stone as staff we spoke to had limited English, didn't want to confirm) booking rooms etc... was very frantic, so Zenna's understanding was a big help which came at a much needed time. Thank you Zenna, your empathy & customer service level should be commenced.
