Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Ocean Coral Spring, which offers a great mix of fun and entertainment for the whole family. The property is clean, modern, and keeps you busy throughout your trip. The Highlights: The activities here are family-oriented and excellent. The lazy river, water park, games room and bowling alley kept everyone completely entertained. There are many restaurants to try, and we especially enjoyed the Italian and Route 66 options, as well as the fantastic poolside jerk chicken. Areas for Improvement: The beach area is notably small and rocky, making water shoes a necessity. Additionally, while the main buffet has lots of great food to choose from, it gets very crowded and packed during peak hours. Customer Service: For the most part, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. However, it did feel like one or two employees could use a bit of additional customer service training to be more welcoming. They seemed to just be having a bad day, which slightly impacted the experience, but the rest of the team was great. Final Verdict: A fun, activity-packed choice for a family vacation, as long as you plan ahead for the rocky beach and stay patient with the busy buffet times."

"Changing to Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was the best choice I could have made! I went there for my 1st ever solo birthday vacation. They will forever be my go to resort every time I go to Jamaica. They were absolutely amazing in every area you could possibly think of. There were a some small repairs that need to be made but not enough for me to fuss or change rooms. My room was clean, beautiful, and a nice size. I loved the little tropical garden area outside the room. My villa area was super quiet. Ms. Colleen, the concierge was such a beautiful young lady and very helpful with making my dinner reservations and anything I needed help with. Ms. Opal did a great job of keeping the room clean. I lost my beats earbud 3 times. The 1st time I lost it, security was helping me look for it at 4am because that’s when I realized I lost it. All 3 times they were turned in to the JA side of the resort. My favorite two places were the spa and the sports bar. Elisa at the sports bar, James at the spa, Ana Kay at the travel club just to name a few are some of my favorite people. I didn’t eat a lot but what I did have was good. The oxtail from the Jamaican restaurant was my favorite meal. There are a ton of options for food, I’m sure one will find something they like. The night life was just enough for me, not too much not too little. With this being a family resort, I still found the peace, rest, and relaxation I went for. "From beginning to end we had an excellent experience. Staff were all amazing. Room had excellent wifi and very clean. Oh, and the beach... just like a warm pool. Calm and warm. Close to supermarket. We will definitely be back soon."
