Staff were friendly and rooms were great. Room we stayed in was recently renovated and was roomy and well laid out. Parking lot was brutal and full of potholes. Some quite large! Outside of building needs a facelift but the interior was nice so that was more important to us.

The food from the restaurant is beautiful!! The view is STUNNING. The room on the other hand was not the best. Some things seemed to be renovated somewhat such as the washroom and sink area, but the bedroom not so much. We had a room with two double beds, one bed the sheets were dirty the other bed was broken. The bottom half seemed to be basically on the ground. And the middle of the bed was sunken in making it very uncomfortable. I wont be staying here again, or recommending, but I would retrun to the resturant.

Good price, clean rooms, restaurant/food excellent, great workout room and clean, front staff very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The dislikes are the following; condition of the parking lot, no elevator and needs some updating throughout.

My only complaint with my stay was the restaurant on the premises didn't offer room service. When it was ready, we had to wait 20 more minutes for payment. Nachos were all cold and soggy by that time.

Do not judge a book by its cover. The outside of the hotel needs a lot of work. the parking lot is horrible and the building looks very dated. The inside is beautiful though. They have obviously spent money on the inside and it shows. Hopefully they will start working on the curb appeal of the property soon.
