Villa with pool 10 minutes from Saint Cyprien

  • House rental in a small village Corneilla dEl vercol.
    Only 10 minutes from Perpignan by car, 30 minutes from Spain, and 10 minutes from the sea by car.
    House with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large living room open to a kitchen.
    3-sided house with one side garden with swing, swimming pool (in season) one side terrace. Barbecue. Sunbeds, table and chairs for eating outside.
    Possibility to bring a car in front of the house. Parking space in front as well.
    Everything you need to have a pleasant holiday: dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms
    If the number of people is less than 5 one of the rooms will be condemned to put our personal belongings.

    Deposit per week 1000 euros to be given on arrival.
    For the maintenance of the pool a person comes in the middle of the week to take care of it

    Deposit to be sent by 50% mail
    Promotion for the first two weeks of July:
    1100 euros per week
    2000 for both weeks
    The other weeks available are at 1300 euros
    Bed linen and towel not provided
    Cleaning is at your expense
