Worth it for views alone!

The apartment was everything we needed. The views were breathtaking, and we were a two minute walk from a beautiful, quieter beach. Everything was clean. There was a kettle and electric stove so we could make our own food some nights. Next door is a mini-market, and above the flat is a very nice restaurant (serving some vegan appetisers). 15-20 minute walk from the bus stop into town, which is quite hilly, and you'll work up a slight sweat in the heat- but definitely doable! And locals all highly recommended the area. The area is very fancy/ you're surrounded by a couple 5 star hotels, but you enjoy the same views etc for a fraction of the price. The room is fairly basic, but it is clean and has everything you'd need to enjoy a comfortable stay. I recommend!

Esperienza abbastanza positiva. L'unica cosa che abbiamo apprezzato è la vista. La struttura è vecchiotta, sarebbe da sistemare un po', pulizia ok. Non abbiamo mai visto la proprietaria. È difficile trovare parcheggio la sera dovuta al fatto che proprio sopra alle stanze c'è un ristorante molti frequentato e a volte un po' rumoroso. Nel complesso ok.

Très belle vue du logement, on a une vue sur la mer en contrebas et sur les voiliers. A chaque instant c’est vraiment très beau. Au niveau du logement, les matelas sont très durs, on est à proximité de tous les autres locataires, s’ils écoutent de la musique vous êtes à 2 mètres (cela nous est arrivé) Le chemin pour aller à la plage est abrupt, c’est une pente pleine de cailloux, la plage n’est pas très belle et très réduite car occupée à 90% par un hôtel. Les hôtes sont adorables, ils logent au dessus et sont tout le temps à votre service. Il faut absolument une voiture car le minimarket à côté a des prix exorbitants et il n’y a rien, il faut faire 5kms aller et retour pour trouver un supermarché ou prendre le bus, 5 kms en pente, très difficile à remonter sous le soleil.

Nice basic apartment

When we arrived, we had a few basic things missing from our room (oven, cutlery,WiFi...) but these were quickly provided for us when we questioned. The hosts are very friendly and will help with any problems. The room is clean but housekeeping is only once a week which I believe should be every two days minimum. The location has a beautiful view and a two minute walk leads to a beach with boat hire and sunbeds. The above property (not part of Kommeno Seaside Studios) was very noise at 5-6am some mornings which really disturbed our sleep. Overall I would recommend this property for the price you pay.
