A Quaint Rustic Bungalow Overlooking The Fishing Village of Corea Harbor

  • Rustic meets modern convenience in this rustic 100+ year old, one bedroom, oceanfront bungalow. It overlooks picturesque Corea Harbor, in Corea Maine, a small fishing village located in Gouldsboro. You can watch local lobsterman leave the harbor, haul their traps and sell their catch at the end of their day.

    There is a screened in front porch that leads into a small kitchen, a small bathroom and a small living area. Upstairs has a queen bed and a full size bed.

    Bridges Bungalow includes a Full sized refrigerator, a gas cook stove with oven, a microwave, a coffee pot, linens, towels, dishes, utensils, wi-fi, a smart tv with netflix, an outdoor propane grill and a fire pit for evening fires.

    You can buy fresh, local lobster 1/2 mile away at Corea Lobster Co-Op or you can enjoy Lunch on the Wharf at Corea Wharf Gallery and Grill also 1/2 mile away. Some other local dining options are ‘The Pickled Wrinkle’ in Birch Harbor and ‘Salt Box’ located in Winter Harbor.

    It is only about 10 minutes from Winter Harbor where you can enjoy the Schoodic Point section of Acadia National Park or take the Ferry for a day trip to Bar Harbor.

    Local activities include hiking, biking, fishing, boating and kayaking. There is also a golf course in Winter Harbor and Sorrento.

    This place is a cozy, rustic little retreat where you can leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and enjoy the life of a little fishing village in Corea.
