"Really enjoyed our stay in Southwest Harbor, this 2 bedroom was perfect for our family. Liked the location of in Southwest Harbor, it wasn't as busy/crowded like parts of Bar Harbor. It was a perfect launching point for our adventures in Acadia. Kitchen had all the items needed to make us feel at home and communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit the area."

"Great stay for a weekend hiking getaway with friends! The house was clean and nicely renovated. The beds were comfortable and the AC in all the upstairs bedrooms were great for cooling the house. The free snacks and coffee were a delightful surprise! There was easy car access to the main entrance to Acadia. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the evenings at the fire pit. It’s definitely a go-to place for our group the next time we are at Acadia!"

"The location of this property is ideal for visiting Bass lighthouse, taking in various hikes, visiting unassuming Southwest Harbor! The property is large, with plenty of living space, inside and out. The big kitchen has a sweet breakfast nook which overlooks the deck, while the dining room would be perfect for a lobster feed. "Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Bar Harbor, walk everywhere in town and a short drive to Acadia. Has coffee 24/7, breakfast included, and cookies and chocolate out each afternoon, yum!"

"This is a no frill motel. We stayed on Thursday and friday. Friday’s price was $50 more due to weekend at peak leaf peeping season. I don’t see that until I paid for the rental otherwise $220 for Friday was in my opinion too high for the rooms they had. The shower was almost smaller than a cruise ship shower. Otherwise the room was clean. Also we went out sight seeing on Friday and came back to a fridged room. The thermostat was turned all the way down and the window had been opened. They should have known we were staying another night. It took over an hour to warm the room after we returned."

"It’s on the ocean. It’s very close to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The Hull’s Cove Visitor Center was about a 4 minute drive where you can enter Acadia National Park or park your car and take the free bus. The hotel is also on the bus route which was very convenient. The hotel property was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect."
