Fully renovated family house (250 sq.m.) at foot of the Col de la Biche, in hamlet of Corbonod at heart of Gignez, 5 min. from Seyssel. Accommodation on 3 levels for 14 people - 6 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 3 WCs. Charming detached house with pink shutters on gated property. 2 stone steps up to light & airy entrance hall (colourful tiled floor) with doors leading to living rooms. On right: separate fitted kitchen. On left: small TV lounge. Straight ahead: large sitting/dining room (40 sq.m.), perfect for dining with friends or family, with fireplace (ideal for snuggling up and enjoying peace and quiet in winter). Lounge opens onto large, south-facing tiled terrace which is sure to be a hit with people of all ages. Separate WC. 1st floor: parquet corridor leading to 5 bedrooms. Yellow, Pink and Blue rooms (two 80x200cm beds which can joined to form queen-size beds, if required). Mauve room (two 80x200cm beds, 130cm wide bed for 1 person). Small bedroom (100cm wide bed for 1 person) with wrought iron frame. Shower room/WC.|Door in corridor opens onto staircase to 2nd floor (attic): large, light & airy bedroom (80 sq.m.) with four 90x200cm beds, exposed beams, own shower room (walk-in shower), separate WC (wash-hand basin). Cellar (inside and outside access) with utility area (washing machine, tumble drier), space to keep bikes. Fenced garden (BBQ, plancha) will delight the whole family. Central heating. Car can be parked on the property. Single garage. Comfortable spacious family home for stays with friends and family gatherings.
