"I stayed at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa and accidentally left my iPhone charger in the room. When I contacted the hotel, I was told they checked but couldn’t find it. This is extremely concerning — if it was left in the room, where did it go? It raises serious questions about how guest belongings are handled after checkout. Very disappointing experience, especially from a hotel that claims high standards of service and accountability."

"The dorms were great value for money with continental breakfast included. Staff are the best at the bar. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy, serviced regularly. Look forward to staying again "

"We had a fantastic week-long stay at the resort and truly enjoyed every moment. This well-thought-out resort takes care of everything from the moment you arrive until the time you leave. It provides an excellent and safe environment for kids to play and have fun. The food and drink options were outstanding, featuring fresh breakfasts and delicious dinner buffets with a variety of choices, along with great in-room service! The staff were incredibly friendly, serving everyone with smiles at all times. However, I would like to mention a few areas for improvement. The open areas were quite dark after sunset, lacking sufficient lighting in places like the pool area and the beach, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, we had an issue with the shower amenities; despite informing the staff three times, we never received hair conditioner during our entire stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and highly recommend the resort, especially for families with kids. We will definitely return for our next trip to Fiji."

"From the moment we set foot outside our transport we were greeted by a smiling Mr Sikeli who had these cute bunny ears on seeing it was the Easter weekend. We met the lovely Glenda! She is so welcoming! We also got to meet Jimione! Top bloke!! We had lunch at Urban Sugar Beach Club over looking the beach and it was just gorgeous. Grace & Semesi you were outstanding with your service. Thank you. Room was well appointed with everything you could possibly need overlooking the main pool area. Esava Thank You for the tour and your presence. The views from our room were Stunning! Dinner was at La Bottega and Waiseke greeted us and made us feel at home. The beautiful Luisa touched our hearts with her exceptional service. Shout out to Nemia that made our cocktails!! Breakfast the next working was at Harvest you are spoiled for choice! Amazing amenities and people you meet that make your stay at the Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi an unforgettable one."

"We recently stayed at Hideaway Resort and were extremely disappointed. This is not the same place we visited 10 years ago—it’s now run down, neglected, and clearly gone backwards. Our first night in Bure 100 was unbearable. Located right next to the highway, the constant noise from trucks and buses made sleep impossible. On top of that, the room was poorly cleaned, with dust on the bed and pillows—completely unacceptable. We arrived late from Nadi, yet the staff weren’t even aware of our check-in. The warm Fijian welcome we once experienced—garlands and drinks—was completely missing. It felt disorganised and indifferent. After complaining, we were moved to Bure 97. While quieter, it was at the far end of the resort. With an infant, the long walks were frustrating, but we didn’t bother pushing further. The decline in food and service was the biggest letdown. Options are now limited and disappointing. One morning, we were just 10 minutes late for breakfast due to our infant and asked for something small. The chef flatly refused—no flexibility, no care. That attitude says everything about how far standards have dropped. To make matters worse, there has been no improvement to the bures—rundown bathrooms, no daily room service, and no telephone. Staff seem trained only to say “Bula” and play the Lalli for arrivals and departures, rather than provide genuine service. Overall, a very poor experience. We won’t be returning—there are far better options like Shangri-La and Warwic"

"Bedarra Beach Inn is a gem! The property is small, but well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the beach and pool. However, what made our stay so special and perfect was the outstanding staff who made every effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The staff truly elevated our experience! The Bedarra Inn is located in a quiet area. There are restaurants within walking distance and the Outrigger Resort is just down the beach. You can also easily take a bus into town. I recommend the Bedarra Beach Inn if you are looking for a quiet place on the Coral Coast. The staff will make you feel like the Bedarra Inn is your home away from home!"

"The staff were pleasant but needed additional training. They were unable to deal with situations that didn’t run smoothly and every day small things were a problem, especially around delivering drinks and food to the table. We would wait hours with children and still things didn’t turn up even though we would ask many times. This was the same with housekeeping and not having items delivered to the room such as towel towels etc."
