We were checking out on Monday, We had to get clean towels ourselves as housekeeping had left for the day. I had to call on an outside line to reach the front desk as they were in the back when I needed to check out to catch my flight."

"Good location in downtown Dallas. There are good restaurants on site and the view from the pool is lovely. The parking is a bit pricey but offers in and out privileges. Alternatively, there is one across the street for $17 for 24hrs but no in and out access. "
