"Pretty run down hotel. Carpet was stained and sticky. Hot tub/Pool was very dirty with a band aid next to the hot tub for a couple days then it was broken for a couple days. The cockroach on the wall in my room on the last night really sealed the deal. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but Hilton doesn't give them much to work with here."

"It is a very nice hotel. However, there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathtub and when we called the front desk to tell them, it took them forever to come, so we called again and you can hear over the radio.... lady in room .... is being super impatient hurry up. Its 8pm and all we wanted to do was shower. She came and got the washcloth but thats it. Didn't bother cleaning the bathtub so we have no idea if it was even cleaned before us or not. We asked her to please clean the bathtub and shower, and all she was run some water on it. If youre gonna use a radio for communication try and keep it professional or wear an earpiece so the guest cant here you."

"We stayed at the Hampton for a few nights while attending a conference nearby. Last year we were in a newer hotel, but this one was much more budget friendly at the time of booking. The room was clean, we were barely there, except to sleep at night, and it worked well for us. We didn’t eat breakfast, so I can’t rate the food, but I’d stay here again."

" Staff is great!!!! They have a shuttle to the Gaylord and airport which I found very useful. They are in the process of renovating...My room was clean and the bed comfortable."
