A near perfect stay at Delta hotels. The food, staff and pool were perfect. The only minus was the room’s bathroom which desperately needs an upgrade. Otherwise a great hotel next to the racecourse with a beautiful walk down the river into York. Would definitely come back.

Everything marvelous except parking a slight problem.

Stayed with my husband for our Wedding Anniversary and it was amazing. The Hotel knew this and left us a lovely note and some chocolates in our room for when we arrived, what a lovely surprise. We went to the Spa for a swim and sauna, we almost fell asleep on the beds we were so relaxed.

Perfect stay for a few nights visiting my daughter at uni. Everything you need, delicious breakfast, helpful staff and parking right outside my room. Will definitely be returning! Thank you x

I love the design of the Indigo hotels and this one is no different. Staff very friendly. Location good with lots of bars, restaurants and independent shops nearby. (The Spanish restaurant across the road is really friendly as we popped in for a glass of fizz. ) would definitely recommend it

First time staying at this hotel all the staff were friendly very welcoming. The breakfast was lovely so many options spoilt for choice. Will definitely be staying again 5 stars ⭐️

What a beautiful hotel next to the river a nice walk to the centre of York. Staff so friendly and helpful clean and comfortable apartment. With everything you wanted in a apartment. We even asked to have a look at the 2 bedroom penthouse suite and was given a guided tourer, we will book the penthouse suite on our next visit with friends. And with free tea/coffee in the lobby. A great 2 nights stay could not ask for more.

I have stayed numerous times at this hotel and always enjoyed my time there, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water, a good shower with a nice warm room.

We have read other reviews regarding this hotel some of them not very complimentary frankly they are obviously deranged. Our experience was excellent, the hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive especially Stuart whom served us our breakfasts for our 2 day stay We couldn't work out what any poor review was based on unless those people were extremely pretentious and thoughts they deserved better? only stayed one night, friendly attentive staff, 15 minute walk to the centre for the shopping, restaurant and bar areas. We will certainly be booking again soon but next time for a 3 day break

The building is beautiful and decor inside is lovely. The staff are attentive and polite. Great value for money. Would definitely like to return.

Nice room, really clean, big TV and great shower. Bed was a bit low, but otherwise room was excellent. Breakfast was good if a bit chaotic at times and the service was generally good & friendly (with the notable exception of one young waitress at breakfast, who has a poor attitude). Great location to explore York. Would happily stay here again.
