It was right across from a loud nightclub or something that made it very difficult to sleep. While everyone was understanding, there was nothing they could do and I could not fall asleep until around 3am each night. It is not the hotel's fault but I would not recommend the hotel due to the loud noise nearby.

Själva rummet var jättefint med usikt mot Istedgade men hotellet är slitet, TVn fungerade inte, hissen gick sönder under tiden vi bodde där ocj när man spolade i handfatet startade även duschen att spruta vatten. Dyrt för vad vi fick. Hade också glömt hur slirigt det är så nära stationen med utslagna narkomaner och porrklubbar men det är ju inte hotellets fel, bara bra att ha koll på.

We paid 450 including tax Canadian dollars per night for three nights. We have stayed hundreds of hotels over 30 years and this one is the worst. The room had no shampoo no conditioner no body lotion no safe no kettle. Only two paper cups. The hair dryer was overheated in 30 seconds. It is worse than any motels. We chose this hotel because of the reputation of Sheraton. We just couldn’t understand how Sheraton can have such a poor hotel in its chain and charged so much. Extremely disappointed.

Basic hospitality things were missing. -complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers -conditioner for hair -phone to contact reception in room -umbrellas for loan for guests Temporary but serious problems -showers did not have good water pressure -instance of a "clean" towel delivered to room that had what looked like dried blood stain on it. Overall, it's not a great place to stay, even with the price in mind.

Great location, super staff. My room was very clean and I really enjoyed my stay. Arrived about an hour early but they let me check in. Solo traveler so had a single room which was perfect for me. Very pleased with this choice.

Virkelig dejligt hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på Københavns Hovedbanegård. Det ligger i gåafstand til mange seværdigheder, restauranter og butikker, hvilket gjorde opholdet ekstra nemt og bekvemt. Værelset var flot, rent og rummeligt med god plads, så man virkelig kunne slappe af. Servicen i receptionen var helt i top – personalet var imødekommende, hjælpsomme og professionelle. Et hotel jeg klart vil anbefale og gerne vender tilbage til.
