Information as regards obtaining keys was very good. A bit disappointed at start when we found the toilet flush broken and a load of tea towels lying in the washing machine wet which did not look clean and a sponge with hairs on it. I rewashed 3 for our own use. Contacted apartment through Facebook as number given would not connect. Dennis responded quickly and problem sorted the next day. Would liked to have had bin emptied half way through the stay or at least some information as regards where to empty them. The apartment was very central and comfortable. Just be aware of street noise and lack of ac although the windows could be left open during the day. There is plenty to explore and transport is just a short walk away. We had to keep our windows open to let the breeze in but because the restaurants and bars are just right below us, it was very noisy.
